- Lightning (Range 80ft): User creates a medium complex rune (DC 10). Target takes 2d10 lightning damage. Gains 1 stack of sacral debt.
- Thunderbolt: Arcane projectile dealing 1d6 lightning damage (Range 80ft).
- In Service to the Storm: User is immune to lightning damage (except from sacral debt).
Level II – In Service of Jupiter
- Chain Lightning: User creates simple rune (DC 8), releases lightning from palm. Target takes 1d12. If enemy within 15ft, they are also hit (up to 5 targets). Gains 3 sacral debt.
- Rites of Thunder: Once per long rest, user may prepare Rite of Thunder (1 hour). Gains 2 blessings of Jupiter and is inspired.
