Spectral Shield (Range 20ft): Creates a medium complex rune (DC 10). All allies in range gain +6 temporary HP and +10ft movement for 1 minute. User gains 2 stacks of sacral debt.
Master and Commander: User may use their activation to issue two orders. Each order grants one activation for an ally within 30ft.
Level II – In Service of Minerva
Combatpoet: User recites a medium complex poem (DC 10). Allies within 20ft are inspired and may immediately use an extra movement activation. May be combined with any Rune spell, but user has disadvantage on that cast. User gains 3 sacral debt.
Rites of Wisdom: Once per long rest, user may prepare a Rite of Wisdom (requires 1 hour). Gains 2 blessings of Jupiter and is inspired.
