Abilities
- Wavecaller (Range 60ft): Creates a simple rune (DC 8). A surge of water knocks enemies back 10ft and deals 1d6 bludgeoning damage.
- Tide’s Embrace: Allies within 15ft gain resistance to fire damage and +2 AC for 1 minute. User gains 2 stacks of sacral debt.
- Seafoam Veil: User surrounds themselves in mist for 30 seconds, granting disadvantage on enemy ranged attacks.
Level II – In Service of Neptune
- Storm of the Deep: Creates a medium rune (DC 10). A storm cloud forms over the battlefield. Enemies in a 20ft radius take 2d8 lightning or cold damage at the start of their turn. User gains 3 sacral debt.
- Rites of the Ocean: Once per long rest, the user may prepare a Rite of the Ocean (requires 1 hour). The user gains 2 blessings of Neptune and is inspired, while allies heal 1d6 HP after a short rest near water.
